Confirm the exact application

Vehicle selectors, VIN decoders, fitment tables, and manufacturer data help identify parts but cannot account for every production change, option code, market variation, previous repair, or modification. Review part numbers, dimensions, connections, and product notes before installation. Provide complete and accurate vehicle details when requesting written assistance. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering. A materially incorrect written fitment confirmation may qualify for the seller-error remedy in our Returns Policy.

Inspection and installation

Inspect each item promptly and before installation, programming, painting, or modification. Stop if it is incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the description. Follow the correct vehicle/product instructions and torque values. Professional installation is recommended for safety-critical and technically demanding work. DIY installation alone does not void the applicable TuneRS manufacturing warranty; installation-caused damage is excluded.

Performance, competition, and road use

Performance results depend on the vehicle, supporting parts, installation, tuning, operating conditions, and maintenance. Figures are estimates/examples unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Competition and performance use can increase wear, maintenance, and safety risks.

Follow the specific manufacturer/supplier use restrictions disclosed for a product. Products designated for sanctioned competition or other restricted use must be used only within the permitted scope; fitment does not establish public-road legality. Do not infer emissions, noise, safety, or registration approval from a general description or a racing/off-road label. We may restrict or decline an order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled. No disclaimer authorizes an otherwise unlawful sale or use.

Preventive products and existing damage

Oil-feed, cooling, sump, and other preventive products do not repair preexisting damage or guarantee against engine, bearing, transmission, or vehicle failure. Suspected debris, abnormal noise, contamination, or existing damage requires proper diagnosis before installation. A failure elsewhere in a vehicle is not by itself proof of a defect in a TuneRS component.

Warranty scope and rights

The TuneRS Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to components manufactured by TuneRS. A TuneRS-branded or TuneRS-assembled kit does not make every component a TuneRS-manufactured part. Parts made by other manufacturers retain their applicable manufacturer warranties, if any, unless additional written coverage was expressly provided before purchase.

Product-specific written coverage disclosed before purchase controls for the identified component. A later policy change does not reduce coverage already provided with an earlier purchase.

Consult Warranty Information for coverage and claim procedures. This disclaimer does not override an express warranty, a seller-error remedy, or a mandatory right.

These voluntary policies do not remove a warranty, refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to limit. Mandatory rights apply where they differ from these terms. New restrictions apply prospectively; the terms provided with an earlier purchase continue to govern that purchase.
