Original Porsche thermostats open at 180 degrees, by placing a 160 degree thermostat, the engine oil temperature and coolant temperature will run much cooler without compromising engine performance. This is a German made thermostat with housing.
This low temperature thermostat kits comes with a factory housing with 160 thermostat inserted.
This kit does come with the housing gasket.
